Two software products for problems still run on paper and spreadsheets. Plus websites we design and build from scratch for businesses that just need a great site.
The Logical Auditor started as a way to answer one simple question — what's actually happening on the factory floor right now — and grew from there. We build for supervisors and machine operators, not head-office dashboards: if it doesn't work on a tablet at the station in the middle of a shift, it doesn't ship.
Vilmak is an independent UK software company building practical systems for businesses where paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools are still slowing people down. We build the software ourselves, work directly with the businesses using it, and improve it around real-world workflows rather than forcing businesses to change how they work.
The Logical Auditor is live and running in real factories today — we're deliberately onboarding new sites one at a time as pilot partners, so each rollout gets our full attention before we open things up more widely.
From 1 October 2026, permitted waste-receiving sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland must start reporting waste receipts to the government's new Digital Waste Tracking service (Scotland follows in January 2027) — on top of the waste transfer notes they already keep, not instead of them. DWTN is our answer: independent software, live and taking on customers today, built to make that new reporting duty as painless as possible for the people who have to log it every day, not just the people who have to report on it. Vilmak is now approved as a registered software provider for the Digital Waste Tracking service, and DWTN can submit waste transfer note records directly to it on your behalf.
Alongside the software, we design and build custom websites for businesses that just need a great site — restaurant and venue sites with online ordering and table bookings, and salon booking systems, each one custom-designed rather than templated off a page builder. See recent work →
